Dennis Monner
Mr. Dennis Monner is chairman of the board of the gateProtect corporation Germany. 1992 Mr. Monner completed a trainee program in the managing director career at one of the largest European industrial insurance brokers with 750 coworkers at present.
In the year 1995 Mr. Monner became active for a Scandinavian marketing company, which boasts from a joint venture of the Provinzial insurance and the Martens & Prahl Holding existed, as a selling executive committee. Accompanying with provable successes at the sales Mr. Monner was ordered 1997 as chairman of the executive committee.
In the middle of 1999 changed Mr. Dennis Monner into the software industry and took part in 2 software companies in Hamburg surrounding countrysides. In one of the companies it was then first two years operationally active as managing directors for the range selling and commercial management.
At the beginning of 2002 Mr. Monner founded the gateProtect corporation Germany, which is specialized in UTM Firewall Appliances and today 39 coworkers employed. Since 2004 exist two independent selling addresses in France and Italy. |

Dr. Peter Smeets (Chairman)
Dr. Peter Smeets is chief of the german branch office of the famous international chamber "Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP". Befor he was the member of the Media and the Asset Finance Group of the chamber Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt. There he was responsible for local infrastructure projects at us-lease-factorings and for aircraft, trains and film at german leveraged lease-factorings. The hole volume of his factoring-operations add up to 6,5 Mrd. euro.
In the context of his legal training Dr. Smeets completes comprehensive work inputs with Investmentbanken in New York, London and Paris. |

Jörn Engelmann
Jörn Engelmann is range leader for credit risk management with the renowned Hamburg one “Berenberg bank” in Hamburg.
After international missions in Singapore and New York as well as 1991 a well three-year activity followed advisory activities for the management consultation Roland Berger & partner as an executive committee assistant in the center of the German bank in Frankfurt. According to leading functions in the firm customer business of the bank it was responsible from 2000 to in the middle of 2004 in the center for the product management of the businessccustomer credit Portfolios in Germany. |

Wolfgang Reinhardt
