IT Security made in Germany

gateProtect is founding member of „IT Security made in Germany“ initiative (ITSMIG.e.v.) which is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. The „ITSMIG” initiative ” is an association of German IT Security companies including well-known companies like Siemens, Avira, Utimaco, Genua, gateProtect and more. The initiative’s intention is to expand the cognition of German IT Security companies and the co-operation between the members of the initiative and partners in foreign countries. The initiative is supported by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) and works as Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology (SIT) is responsible for the organisation and management of the network.
